Orders placed online will usually ship within 2 – 4 business days. Orders are shipped Tuesday – Friday only, excluding holidays.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $500. Add $20 to the flat rate for Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories. Shipping is free for all orders over $500. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Please note that additional charges will apply for heavy and/or bulky items – this will be noted in the product description. 

Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address – please note that once placed, order information cannot always be changed. 

The Currier Museum is not responsible for loss or damage incurred by the carrier.

shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item.

When we issue a refund, we will return funds to your original form of payment for the purchase price of the merchandise, minus shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order but return said order, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is due to defect or damage prior to shipping, the Currier Museum will cover all costs.

We recommend that you send packages back with tracking and insure the full value, as the Currier Museum is not responsible for missing packages.


The Currier Museum Shop is happy to accept returns on regular price items that meet the following requirements:

1. The return is initiated by the customer within 14 days of delivery date. 2. The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached. 3. The item is mailed back to us within 5 days of receiving return authorization.

No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 14 day period or fail to ship the product back to us within 5 days of hearing back from us.

If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than 5 days after delivery.


The shop does not offer online exchanges at this time. Please return your item per the policy stated above, and place a separate order for the new item.
