Based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire – and thereby making them our favorite local brand! – Binky and Lulu is an independent jewelry line that believes in the power of craftsmanship. Every design is created in-house by a small design team, then hand-carved, hand-painted, and hand-dyed of natural materials by the same Filipino woman-owned-company that they've been working with for three decades.
